At Spot on Keepsakes, every personalised order is made especially for you. We take care with every detail to ensure your keepsake is something you'll love and treasure.

Processing & Production Times

As our products are personalised and made to order, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

This production time begins once we've received all the personalisation details and photographs needed to complete your order.

Please note: Production time does not include delivery time.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Any estimated delivery dates are guidelines rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Personalised Orders

Please double-check all names, dates, spellings and personalisation details before placing your order.

If your order requires photographs, please upload clear, good-quality images so we can achieve the best possible result.

If any information is missing or we need clarification, we'll contact you using the details provided at checkout. This may delay production until we receive your response.

Packaging

Your keepsake will be carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.

We want every order to arrive safely and ready to be enjoyed, displayed or gifted.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to prepare and dispatch orders within our advertised timescale, occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
